Majority Rising NC is thrilled to host its second Annual Summit at the Ballantyne Hotel in Charlotte, North Carolina. This year’s theme will focus on what it means to shape our collective future as North Carolinians. We hope you’ll join us along with civic leaders, policymakers, businesses, and advocates to connect and engage in meaningful discussion as we look to build a stronger North Carolina.

Do I Need to Register to Attend?
Yes, registration is required for all attendees of the Annual Summit. The deadline for registration is on Monday, April 1st at 5:00pm. Due to capacity constraints, we reserve the right to close the registration earlier than this deadline.
What can I expect on the Summit Agenda?
The agenda will not be released until a later date. Please check back in here for more information in the coming weeks.
Will the Summit be In-person or Virtual?
This summit will be fully in-person event in Charlotte for 2024.
What are the Summit’s COVID-19 Protocols and Requirements?
Majority Rising NC continues to follow local and CDC public health guidelines. Please consider the following guidelines:
- Majority Rising NC encourages all guests to be up to date with COVID-19 vaccines.
- Please stay home regardless of vaccination status if you are feeing ill or have symptoms of illness; tested positive for COVID-19 within five days of the event.

Is There A Suggested Dress Code for the 2024 Summit?
It is strongly recommended to wear business attire or business casual for the 2024 Summit.
Is There a Room Block?
The room block for the 2nd Annual Summit is closed at this time. You can book a room at a regular rate through the Ballantyne Hotel website here or check out a number of hotel and lodging accommodations around the Ballantyne area.
